It's setup to practically bottom out when he shifts. What is the reason for that?

having the rear suspension super soft like that allows the weight of the car to easily shift rearward over the driven wheels. that's how he gets traction off of the tree. side effect is that every shift down the track moves weight around as well. he could probably tweak his setup a little to help with that problem.

it's more than just tire pressure and slicks that makes a car leave the line like that slurpee does.
