    Light Bulb NGK Spark Plug Heat Range Info

    The way the NGK heat ranges work is that a BR7ES is 1/2 a step colder than a BPR7ES. The BPR8ES is only a 1/2 step colder than BR7ES, etc.

    A colder plug will tend to foul out sooner. You only need a colder plug when your hanging with the big boys and are running higher boost creating higher cyl temps
